Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be issued only if:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The product arrived damaged
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos).
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
